We extend a warm welcome for your stay at The Plough @ Myrniong and wish to ensure your experience is comfortable and memorable.
Below are answers to frequently asked questions that may assist you in your stay with us at The Plough.
What time is check-out? Can I check out early?

Check-out time is 10 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

If you prefer a later check-out, please discuss this with us. We will always endeavour to accommodate your requests. 

If you need to depart earlier than 9 a.m., simply leave your key inside the room and lock the door behind you on your way out. 

We ask you to please check that all heaters and electric blankets are turned off. Thank you for your considered co-operation.

What time is breakfast served?

We offer breakfast in the restaurant at 9am until 10am on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

Breakfast consists of a fully cooked meal prepared by our chef, along with a pot of tea or Barista-made coffee. We require pre-booking for breakfast, which can be done at check-in or prior to your retirement for the evening.

Please advise us of any dietary requirements so that we can consider them when preparing your breakfast.

Is there an emergency after-hours phone number?

If you need to contact us in an emergency during your stay, please call the restaurant on (03) 5368 7173 or after-hours on 0438 645 815.

How do I make a reservation for the restaurant?

The restaurant is open:
Dinner: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Lunch: Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Upon your arrival, please feel welcome to settle in front of our open fires and enjoy a relaxing glass of wine on our Chesterfield couches. 

No mini-bar? No problem!

If you would like to enjoy a beverage or two in your room, please see us at the restaurant.

We can accommodate you with any of the fabulous wines from our extensive Wine List, along with appropriate glassware.

Please leave the glasses in your room, where we will collect them upon your departure. 

How do I redeem my $60 Dining Voucher?

All accommodation bookings for Thursday to Saturday nights receive a $60 Dining Voucher to be used in the restaurant on the night of your accommodation. Bookings for the restaurant are essential. This voucher is to be used in the restaurant only and cannot be exchanged in full or part for cash. This voucher is valid on the date of your accommodation only and is not transferrable.

All other accommodation bookings (Sunday to Wednesday nights) will receive a mid-week discount, with no Dining Voucher due to the restaurant being closed.

Where is the best place to park my car?

Free car parking is located in front of the accommodation block (east of the restaurant).

There is also car parking for larger vehicles further east if required. 

Can I provide feedback or raise any maintenance issues?

We always welcome feedback so we can continue to improve our service for our guests. Also, if you discover any maintenance issues, please let us know so we can attend to them immediately. Simply CONTACT US (see below) to leave us a message. We do appreciate any response. Thank you
